TIRANA, April 19 /ATA/ Dardha, a very popular tourist destination for Albanians in Korça region, woke up covered with snow on Tuesday morning.
The Albanian Road Authority said that the road is open.
According to ARA, snowplows are on the ground doing a thorough cleaning of the road and distribute salt while the movement of vehicles is carried out smoothly.
“Dardha woke up under snow today. Even though it is spring season, there is still snowfall. Snowplows have cleaned and relevant teams have dispersed the salt. The road is open “, ARA said.
ARA appealed to drivers to be careful in movement, to respect road signs and reduce speed, to be equipped with chains and winter tires./r.e/p.s./
