TIRANA, March 11 /ATA/ The National Fuel Administration Board is set up to curb any speculation on fuel prices.
The emergency situation imposes direct government intervention to freeze profit margins as well as ensure transparency of the price.
A Normative Act with immediate effect to deal with this emergency caused by the war in Ukraine will establish tomorrow the framework of obligations and limited rights of fuel wholesalers for a two-month period renewable according to the dynamics of the war.
