TIRANA, March 3/ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed today from office Prosecutor of Korça Ervin Beqiri.
The Independent Qualification Commission held today the session for announcing the decision for the subject of re-evaluation Ervin Beqiri, prosecutor at the Prosecution Office of Korça Judicial District.
Beqiri was vetted on March 1, 2022 for the three evaluation criteria, the legitimacy of wealth, and the ethical and professional criteria.
The trial panel composed of Etleda Çiftja, Roland Ilia, Valbona Sanxhaktari analyzed all the evidence and facts and decided to dismiss prosecutor Ervin Beqiri from office because he did not meet the criteria of legitimacy of wealth.
Ervin Beqiri completed his studies at the School of Magistrates in 2010 and after a period of internship at the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office, he was appointed to the Lezha Prosecutor’s Office. Since 2015, he exercises his function in Korça Prosecutor’s Office. /j.p/p.s./
