TIRANA, February 25/ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission announced on Friday the decision to dismiss from office judge of Puka Judicial District Court Flutura Hoxha.
The Independent Qualification Commission held today a session for announcing the decision for the subject of re-evaluation Hoxha.
The Trial Panel composed of Pamela Qirko, Etleda Çiftja, Roland Ilia decided to dismiss Judge Hoxha after analyzing all evidence and facts.
The Commission found problems with wealth; the judge failed to declare wealth and appreciated the absence of necessary resources for her parents’ assets. Judge Hoxha admitted only some inaccuracies.
Flutura Hoxha has a long career in the Albanian judicial system. Since 1998 to 2006, she served as head of Puka Judicial District Court. From 2007 to 2011, Hoxha held the position of inspector in the former High Council of Justice. Later on, she returned as a judge in the court of Puka./p.s./
