TIRANA, Feb 9 /ATA/ The tourist village of Gjinar, 22 km away from Elbasan, which has become in recent years an attraction for local and foreign visitors, offers these winter days stunning landscapes.
The mayor of Elbasan, Gledian Llatja, shared views of snow-covered Gjinar, inviting citizens to visit it.
“Gjinari offers an amazing landscape covered by snow, I invite you to explore it,” says Llatja.
The most outstanding thing about Gjinar is climate and natural resources, offering tourism all year round. This area should be explored from many aspects, starting from the St. Premte Church of Valsh where on display are the paintings of Onufri, the St. Koll Church in Shelcan, the Church of Many Saints, Dushku i Lleshan, the Tomb of Kostandin Shpatarak, icon painter, Lisat e Pashtreshit, Derstilat of Gjinar, Canyon of Pëllumbas Cave etc.
The natural beauties and everything else that this area has inherited over the centuries make it an ideal destination for tourists of all age groups.
