TIRANA, Jan 31 /ATA/ The General Directorate of Road Transport Service, (DPSHTRR) announced another novelty in facilitating services for drivers.
About 115,000 citizens a year receive the new driving license card, for the first time and for renewals, each category of driving license, at 12 regional directorates and 16 sub-offices across the country, 1-3 days after application, excluding Tirana where this service is available within 30 minutes .
DPSHTRR announced that in order to eliminate any delays beyond the scheduled deadlines and any potential speculation risk, it has put into operation the new online module “Trace driving license” where anyone interested verifies in real time the production and sending of new driving license in the regional or relevant office.
“Thus, we help the citizens avoid any delay, but we also discipline the service for delivery on time. The CAP cards will be included within February, as well as it will be interacted with e-albania for informative pop-up in the citizen’s account for the new documents from DPSHTRR, ” same sources say.
