TIRANA, Jan 26 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ The Parliamentary Committee on Legal Affairs, Public Administration and Human Rights approved the amendment to the law “On business registration.”
The committee for Legal Affairs, Public Administration and Human Rights, reviewed and approved in its capacity for giving opinions, the draft law “On an amendment to law no. 9723, dated 3.5.2007, “On business registration.”
The draft law was presented by Besart Kadia, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy and was reported by MP Saimir Hasalla.
In his remarks, Kadia made an overview of the initiative, elaborating on the need that led to the amendment of the current law and the novelties that the draft law introduces.
Saimir Hasalla in his capacity as rapporteur, highlighting the fact that this draft law is in accordance with the Constitution, as well as the legislation in force, invited colleagues to vote the draft act. After questions and discussions, the committee approved the draft law in principle, article by article and in its entirety, by a majority vote of the members present at the meeting.
