TIRANA, January 14 /ATA/ Minister of Education and Sports Evis Kushi stated today that beginning from next year, the registration of students in schools will be done online.
During a media interview, Kushi said that during the current school year, the online registration has been applied for the first and tenth grade students.
The minister also noted that the certificates on completion of studies will also be carried out online.
“We have 36 services that are digitalized. We have a system called SMIT, where all the information about schools and parents is online; it is an innovation that was put into operation last year. Certificate printing will also be guaranteed without the need for the parent to go to the school secretary. Even registration will be totally online. For the year 2021-2022 we managed to apply it only for the first classes in the municipalities that are the center of the region and the first year of high school.
