TIRANA, Dec 20 /ATA/ Albanian Parliament passed on Monday several normative acts and bills and rejected 4 decrees of President of the Republic.
Parliament passed with 90 votes in favor the normative act no. 33, dated 24.11.2021 “On the approval of some signed changes (second amendment) to the production and supply agreement, by and between Pfizer Export B.V. and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Albania, the Minister of State for Reconstruction and the Institute of Public Health approved by normative act no. 3, dated 18.1.2021 of the Council of Ministers ”.
Parliament approved with 76 votes in favor and 13 against the normative act no. 34, dated 3.12.2021 “On some changes to law no. 137/2020, “On the 2021 budget”, as amended. “”
Parliament approved with 76 votes in favor and 12 against the draft law “On the Police Oversight Agency”.
Parliament approved with 75 votes in favor, 11 against and 1 abstention the draft law “On an amendment to law no. 55/2015 “On strategic investments in the Republic of Albania”, as amended. “”
Parliament rejected the decree of President of the Republic no. 13 343 dated 26.11.2021 “On the return of law no. 107/2021 “On co-governance” with 14 votes in favor and 76 votes against.
Parliament rejected the decree of President of the Republic no. 13.369, dated 10.12.2021 “On the return of law no. 115/2021 “On the budget for 2022” with 14 votes in favor and 76 against.
Parliament rejected the decree of President of the Republic no. 13.384, dated 15.12.2021 “On the return of law no. 111/2021 “On some additions and changes to law no. 92/2014 “On value added tax in the Republic of Albania” amended “”, with 14 votes in favour and 76 votes against.
Parliament rejected the decree of President of the Republic no. 13.385, dated 15.12.2021 “On the return of law no. 112/2021 “On national taxes” amended “with 14 votes in favor and 76 against. /j.p/sm/
