TIRANA, Dec. 15/ATA/ The Council of Ministers approved today the draft law “On the profession of real estate broker”.
In a reaction, the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja said that, this draft law is a complete and strong legal framework in strengthening the mechanisms of the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.
In his remarks, Manja emphasized that, “the service quality increase from real estate brokers to Albanian citizens, is another goal of ours that this draft law becomes a reality.”
“The activity of real estate brokers will be directly supervised by the responsible structures of the Ministry of Justice, as a guarantee that our commitments to Albanian partners and citizens will not be threatened by anyone,” Manja said. //a.i/
