TIRANA Dec 13 /ATA/ – By I.Vata/ The Democratic Party (DP) has reported to SPAK the representatives of Berisha movement for forging the DP stamp.
Those who have been reported to SPAK are MPs Belind Këlliçi, Edmond Spaho, Albana Vokshi, as well as Ivi Kaso and Ervin Minarolli.
According to DP sources, they are charged with forging stamps, seals or application forms committed in complicity, provided by Article 190, paragraphs 2 and 25 of the Criminal Code. The charges filed to SPAK state that these are persons who have held positions in the DP, are attuned to the rules of the statute, and have committed the criminal offense of using the seal and symbols to achieve their goals, despite being aware of the legal consequences.
“DP has pressed charges with SPAK because 3 of the defendants are Members of the Albanian Parliament”, it is said in the press release.
