TIRANA, Nov 27 /ATA/ The Ministry of Health and Social Protection reports that during the last 24 hours of 2,657 tests performed, 405 citizens tested positive for COVID-19.
According to MoHSP, THE positive cases have been detected in the following municipalities: 152 in Tirana, 28 in Durrës, Fier, 18 in Korça, 16 in Kamza, 14 in Elbasan, 13 in Vlora, 12 in Mallakastër, 8 in Shkodër, Kavaja, Gjirokastër, 7 in Bulqiza, Lushnja, Berat, 6 in Rrogozhina, Saranda, 5 in Mat, Patos, 4 in Kurbin, Polican, 3 in Shijak, Kruja, Tepelena, Dimal, Skrapar, Cerrik, Peqin, 2 in Vau i Dejes, Tropoja, Lezhë, Divjakë, Pogradec, Kuçovë, Gramsh, 1 in Kukës, Puka, Mirditë, Vora, Dibër, Klos, Selenica, Himara, Dropull, Përmet, Këlcyrë, Memaliaj, Kolonjë, Belsh.
“There are 7,459 active cases of COVID-19 throughout the country. Currently, 149 patients are getting medical care in COVID hospitals, of whom 15 are in a more serious condition “, the Ministry informs.
Despite the efforts of doctors, in the last 24 hours 8 patients have lost the battle with Sars-Cov2 : Two citizens from Fier 51-70 years old, one citizen 56 years old from Tropoja, three citizens from Tirana 61-91 years old, one citizen 67 years old from Bulqiza and a citizen from Durrës 72 years old.
The ministry says that 548 citizens have recovered in the last 24 hours, putting the number of cured cases to date at 188,593 since the outset of epidemics.
