TIRANA, Nov.8 /ATA/The approval of the date of the first EU-Albania intergovernmental conference has been the focus of the conversation between Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama and the rapporteur for Albania in the European Parliament, Isabel Santos.
The Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali stated on Monday that, Santos supported the call for setting a date.
“The great support given by the rapporteur for Albania in the European Parliament, MEP Isabel Santos, as well as the vocal support of the European Parliament provided to the Western Balkans and especially to Albania, calling for the approval of the date of the first EU-Albania intergovernmental conference were also the focus of the conversation at the round table with the Prime Minister, Rama” Minister Spiropali said.
The Rapporteur for Albania in the European Parliament, Isabel Santos, also met with the President Ilir Meta and the Speaker of the Assembly Lindita Nikolla, in the light of the official visit to Albania. //a.i/
