TIRANA, Nov 3 /ATA/ The Special Appellate College on Wednesday reinstated Ndini Tavani in the position of prosecutor at Tirana’s First-Instance Court.
The trial panel of the Special Appellate College, composed of Ina Rama presiding, Albana Shtylla rapporteur, Ardian Hajdari, Natasha Mulaj, Sokol Çomo members, handed down the ruling on the case related to the appeal of the subject of re-evaluation Ndini Tavani against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission.
At the end of the trial in the deliberation room, the trial panel unanimously decided to overrule the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission on the subject of re-evaluation Ndini Tavani, reinstating him in the position of prosecutor in the Prosecution office at Tirana’s First-Instance Court.
This decision is final and has immediate effect.
