TIRANA, November 3 /ATA/ Democratic Party MP Jorida Tabaku stated today that the draft budget for 2022 does not reflect the concern that the ruling majority presented a few weeks ago related to the electricity crisis.
Tabaku said that the government has not been responsible especially in the field of arrears which amount to 1 billion.
“Expenditures in 2022 will be more than 27% of the GDP, which is the highest value in over 20 years. Capital expenditures are 58 million Euros and this does not include reconstruction and they have a decrease of 10% compared to 2021”, she said.
According to her, this increase will go to Public-Private-Partnerships and will cost the budget almost 2 billion Euros./j.p/p.s./
