TIRANA, Oct 30 /ATA/ – General public expenditures totalled around 403 billion lek in the first nine months of 2021, accounting for 93.8% of the planned expenditures for the reviewed period.
Official data published from the Ministry of Finance and Economy showed that public expenditure rose by 9.6% year-on-year or by 35.4 billion lek in the first three quarters of this year.
In annual terms, the total expenditures for the 9 months of 2021 account for 68% of the initial annual plan.
According to the Ministry of Finance and Economy, capital expenditures for the 9-month period over the years represents 3.1% ratio to GDP.
Expenditures for reconstruction funds in the 9-month period account for about 4.96 percent of total.
