TIRANA, Oct.24/ATA/ The Democratic Party-DP will submit on Monday the request to the Constitutional Court for the establishment of the Commission of Inquiry to investigate the case “Bechetti”.
“It is already known that Albanian citizens will pay 120 million euros to Francesco Bechetti, due to the personal war that Edi Rama declared against this entrepreneur. The final decision of ICSID, an International Arbitration Court established by the World Bank, has already been public and can be accessed by anyone who has access to the Internet,” DP MP Saimir Koreshi said.
According to Koreshi, the decision of the Arbitration Court states that, the seizure decisions were the culmination of a political campaign against Bechetti.
“This is also the reason why the responsible people for the damage of 120 million euros, are obstructing the constitutional right of the Democratic Party to set up a Commission of Inquiry, claiming that the decision, which is already available on the Internet, is a top secret,” Koreshi said.
The DP MP informed that the next day the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party will submit to the Constitutional Court the request for revoking of the decision of the Assembly.//a.i/
