TIRANA, Oct 13 /ATA/ The rights of banks in their position as creditors for confiscated properties, the need for changes to the Civil Code of the Republic of Albania were the main topics under discussion during the meeting that Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, held with senior representatives of the Albanian Banking Association (ABA).
The members of the ABA Supervisory Board chaired by the Chairman of the Board, Bledar Shella were received in a working meeting by Minister Manja. The discussion touched on importance issues for the banking system related to the legislation in force.
“The rights of banks in their position as creditors to confiscated properties, the need for changes to the Civil Code of the Republic of Albania, as well as issues related to the private judicial bailiff service, were the main topics under discussion,” the press release of ABA says.
