TIRANA, September 27/ATA/- Democratic Party MP Ina Zhupa reacted today regarding the anti-COVID measures on the teaching process.
Zhupa stated that, “Government measures carry vaccination for teachers or the most expensive PCR test every week, two hours of classes for students and mandatory masks.”
“These are extreme measures that do not even go in accordance with one another, in a country where the state does not take any measures for the situation, but the whole burden is on teachers-parents-students”, she said.
The opposition MP also put some questions to the Ministry of Education like, “Why will be limited classes if the teachers are either vaccinated or with PCR test and students wear masks? Why are not hygienic-sanitary measures taken for running water in all schools? Why are no measures taken for the continuous professional disinfection of schools? Why aren’t taken any measures to provide financial assistance to teachers to cope with the Covid, or free quick tests that do not force them to do PCR?”
According to her, these are the new problems related with mismanagement of the COVID situation, while the education system that today opens the doors of knowledge suffers like a chronic patient from old problems of the regime./p.s./
