TIRANA, Sept. 13/ATA/ The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani received today in a meeting a delegation of the United Arab Emirates-UAE, led by the Chairman of the Department of Health, Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Hamed and Dr. Maitha bint Salem Shamsi, while expressing her grateful thanks for the support their federation has provided to Kosovo since 1999.
During the meeting, the President Osmani and Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Hamed agreed to further increase cooperation in the field of health, offering trainings of health personnel and provision of modern medical equipment.
Meanwhile, Dr. Maitha bint Salem Shamsi, expressed the readiness of her state to continue supporting concrete projects, aimed at improving medical services for mothers and children.
Also, President Osmani pledged to deepen cooperation with the UAE in other sectors, such as agriculture, tourism and trade. //a.i/
