TIRANA, Sept. 3/ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission IQC dismissed today from office the prosecutor at the Saranda Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office, Sali Hasa.
Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) held on September 1 a hearing session with the subject of re-assessment, the prosecutor Sali Hasa.
The judging panel composed of Firdes Shuli, Roland Ilia and Etleda Çiftja heard on re-evaluation subject and examined the documentation related to it. At the end, the commission decided to dismiss Hasa from the post.
The decision of the judging panel will be submitted the subject of the re-evaluation, public commissioners and international observers within 30 days.
This decision can be appealed to the Special Appellate College by the subject of re-evaluation and / or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of notification of the decision by the Commission. The complaint is filed in the Independent Qualification Commission. //a.i/
