TIRANA, Aug 28 /ATA/ In the seven- month period of 2021, the value of trade volume, exports and imports,is estimated at 634.5 billion ALL with 48.9% of them transported by sea.
According to the report published by the Institute of Statistics (INSTAT), the volume of goods loaded and unloaded at seaports for this period is 2,810.8 thousand tons, 16.6% more, compared to the seven months of 2020.
INSTAT announces that, in the 7 months of 2021, goods exported by sea account for 54.1%, while goods imported by sea account for 45.1%.
According to the data, in the seven- month period of 2021, 323,813 passengers traveled by sea. /j.p/sm/
