TIRANA, Aug 21 /ATA/ – By I.Vata/ The prefect of Dibra, Nexhbedin Shehu, told ATA on Saturday that in the region of Dibra there is still a creeping fire in the village of Kacni, the Administrative Unit of Selishta.
Speaking about the situation of fires in this region, Shehu said that “the fires have eased off at night with the fire brigade going a long way towards bringing them under control.”
“In the region of Dibra there is only an active hotspot in the village of Kacni, administrative unit of Selishtë. Based on information, the flames have not spread any further. This hotspot is being monitored by 5-6 fire brigade staffers,” he said.
“The situation is being monitored by the fire brigade and local government crew,” he said.
