“Thanks to the increased attention, educational practices are more tailored to the needs of the labor market and business, leading to rapid integration,” said Denaj.
In Albania, more and more students are choosing vocational schools to rapidly fit into the labour market. It also offers free vocational education and young people are able to enter into employment at the age of 19.
In the budget of 2021, 3.3 billion ALL have been earmarked for vocational education. There are 35 public vocational education schools across the country.
