TIRANA, Aug 1/ATA/ Loans granted to Information and Communications Technology sector marked a significant increase, the Bank of Albania-BoA reported.
According to the BoA, in June of 2021, the loan provided to Information and Communications Technology sector amounted to ALL 2.2 billion, or three times higher compared to the same period a year earlier.
This increase has been mainly affected by lending to Telecommunications operators, or private enterprises in the IT sector.
The Bank of Albania reported that, in the first six months of 2021, loans granted to business are estimated at ALL 68.5 billion. //a.i/
