TIRANA, July 28/ATA/ Vocational education is the safe path to real employment, for this reason the Albanian government is supporting through special policies the qualification of the workforce in accordance with the needs of the labor market.
Major projects such as, the construction of Vlora airport, the opening of several factors producing cable systems or other spare parts in the country, as well as large investments in the hydrocarbon sector, require skilled workers.
The Minister of Finance and Economy, Anila Denaj said today that, vocational education offers young people the opportunity for immediate employment after graduation.
In her remarks, Minister Denaj brought to attention the advantages offered by attending the electrical technical school “Gjergj Canco”.
In the first two terms of the Socialist Party, the number of students attending vocational education in 35 vocational schools increased by 32%. A total of over 100 thousand young people qualified for the labor market have already been graduated. //a.i/
