TIRANA, July 21 /ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission IQC dismissed today from office the prosecutor in the Shkodra District Prosecutor’s Office, Arben Smaçi.
Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) held on July 15 a hearing session with the subject of re-assessment, the Shkodra District Prosecutor’s Office, Arben Smaçi.
The judging panel composed of Valbona Sanxhaktari, Olsi Komici, Firdes Shuli heard on re-evaluation subject and examined the documentation related to it. At the end, the commission decided to dismiss Smaçi from the post. //a.i/
