TIRANA, July 20/ATA/ The absence of the relevant documentation confirming the years of work for former employees of the then agricultural cooperatives under communism has penalized the latter to receive old age pension.
To assist former employees, the Albanian government approved at its last meeting the list of former agricultural cooperatives for which documentation on the years of work is not available.
In support of law no. 169/2020, “On recognition as an insurance period for the purpose of benefiting from social security of employment time in former agricultural cooperatives”, the government approved three lists of former agricultural cooperatives for which there is no documentation on years of work of the employees.
The first list includes 18 former agricultural cooperatives for which all documentation of seniority at work is found to be missing.
In the second list, there are 15 former agricultural cooperatives for which it is found missing all the documentation for specific sectors or villages, in its composition.
While in the third list, there are listed 39 cooperatives, villages or sectors for which only 1 or 2 registers are available./p.s./
