TIRANA, July 13 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/The DP head, Lulzim Basha, has reacted over the new public procurement package that was unveiled on Tuesday by PM Edi Rama.
Basha says that Rama has been in power for 8 years now and today admitted that his government has plunged the country into corruption.
“He has been in power for 8 years and today he finally admitted that his government has plunged the country into corruption. What he does not say and it is clear to all Albanians is that a fish rots from the head down,” says Basha.
