TIRANA, July 8 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ The Independent Qualification Commission has held on Thursday a hearing session with the subject of re-evaluation, Arben Smaçi, prosecutor in Shkodra District Prosecutor’s Office.
The prosecutor in the Shkodra District Prosecutor’s Office, Arben Smaçi, was vetted based on three evaluation criteria, legitimacy of assets, integrity and professional proficiency.
The Trial Panel composed of Valbona Sanxhaktari, Olsi Komici, Firdes Shuli after reviewing the evidence and facts and hearing the parties, scheduled the session for the decision on July 15, 2021.
Prosecutor Arben Smaçi started his career in 2010 in the Durrës Prosecutor’s Office and in 2011 was appointed to the Shkodra Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office. /j.p/r.e/sm/
