TIRANA, July 8 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ DP MP -elect Enkelejd Alibeaj has reacted on Monday over the State Police reshuffle.
At a press conference, Alibeaj said that Albanians heard PM set a 100 deadline for senior police officials to uncover infiltrators after 2 thousand 920 days, 8 years in government with support of crime.
“We know that a policeman who serves the citizens with honesty does not feel safe in exercise of duty when PM appoints two ministers who have links with crime. “
Alibeaj also added that “Albanians are clear that no honest police officer can fight against crime and big fish as long as they have cemented partnerships with power holders.”
“If Rama wants to find infiltrators in State Police, he better asks those he gathered in the hall, from Ardi Veliu who deceived Albanians 3 months ago to cover up the links of Rama with the criminals who bought votes for him in Elbasan.”
