TIRANA, July 7 /ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission on Wednesday dismissed the subject of re-evaluation, Saimir Smaka, prosecutor in the Prosecution at Vlora’s First-Instance Court.
IQC announced that the decision was delivered after reviewing the documentation and holding a hearing on July 5 for the subject of re-evaluation, Saimir Smaka.
The decision, reasoned in writing by the trial panel chaired by Genta Tafa Bungo, Olsi Komici rapporteur and member Suela Zhegu, will be notified to the subject of the re-evaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.
