TIRANA, July 7/ATA/ The Council of Ministers approved today the decision on dismissal of the mayor of Lushnja, Fatos Tushe due to serious violations
The decision adopted on July 6 and published today in the Official Gazette enters into force immediately.
The Special Prosecutors Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime arrested a day earlier several officials in Lushnja, including the mayor Fatos Tushe.
The suspects are accused of passive corruption of persons exercising public functions, violation of the equality in public tenders and abuse of power, forgery of documents. //a.i/
