TIRANA, July 7/ATA/– The Ministry of Health and Social Protection reported on Wednesday that 2007 tests were conducted and 13 persons tested positive for the Sars- Cov2 in the past 24 hours in Albania.
The ministry in its updated communication on epidemiological situation in the country confirmed; 3 cases in Lushnja, 2 cases in Korça, 2 cases in Elbasan, 2 cases in Rrogozhina, 1 case in Fier, 1 case in Tropoja, 1 case in Gjirokastra, 1 case in Roskovec.
According to Ministry of Health, there are currently 66 active cases in Albania with 3 patients hospitalized.
No COVID-related fatalities were recorded in past 24 hours in the country.
Two more Covid-infected people recovered in the last 24 hours, bringing the total of recovered coronavirus patients to 130,035 since the novel coronavirus outbreak in early March 2020. //a.i/
