TIRANA, July 6/ATA/ The Committee on Production Activities, Trade and Environment reviewed and approved today three important draft laws.
The Commission approved on Tuesday the draft law “On the ratification of the decision of the EFTA-Albania Joint Committee of 2021, amending protocol B of the free trade agreement between the EFTA countries and the Republic of Albania, regarding the definition of the concept of” originating products” and methods of administrative cooperation, and amending of the agreements on agriculture, between the Republic of Albania, the Swiss Confederation, the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Iceland, as an integral part of it”.
Also, the Committee on Production Activities, Trade and Environment approved the draft law “On the ratification of the decision of the Stabilization and Association Council European Union – Albania, amending the Stabilization and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their member states, on the one hand, and the Republic of Albania, on the other, replacing Protocol 4, concerning the definition of the concept of “originating products” and the methods of administrative cooperation. //a.i./
