TIRANA, July 5 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ Independent Qualification Commission dismissed from office Dritan Marku, prosecutor at Vlora’s First Instance Court.
Independent Qualification Commission held on Monday a session to deliver the decision on subject of re-evaluation, prosecutor of Vlora.
The trial panel composed of Valbona Sanxhaktari, Lulzim Hamitaj, Xhensila Pine after analyzing the evidence and facts decided to dismiss Dritan Marku, prosecutor in the Prosecution at Vlora’s First-Instance Court.
Dritan Marku has started his career in the system of justice as officer of Judicial Police in 2000. He exercises the duty of prosecutor in Vlora Prosecution office for nearly two decades.
