TIRANA, July 1/ATA/ The “Our Coast” operation is well underway on the on the south coast of Vlora, Himara, Saranda to free the illegally occupied public spaces.
According to the statement of the Police, 8 administrators of entities have been prosecuted for the criminal offense “Unauthorized occupation of land”.
Also, following the second phase of the operation “Our Coast”, on the beaches of Zvërnec, Radhima, Himara and Saranda have been freed 8 coastal parcels illegally occupied with beach chaise longues and tents.
Pursuant to the operational plan drafted by the General Directorate of State Police “On the control of the coastal areas to prevent the occupation of public beach spaces by persons or entities that are not equipped with a permit via e-Albania, the Special Task Force composed of two teams of Rapid Intervention Forces, services of the Police Commissariat in Vlora, Himara and Saranda, the Municipal Police, Inspectorate of Territorial Protection and the Tax Office of the Municipality of Vlora, started today the on-site controls in the coastal areas of Zvërnec, Radhima, Himara dhe Saranda, where 8 illegal entities have been identified, 2 in Zvërnec, 2 in Radhima, 3 in Himara and 1 in Saranda. //a.i/
