TIRANA, June 28/ATA/ The Big Ring Road of Tirana is a significant work for the inhabitants of the capital, but also for all Albanian and foreign travellers.
The Albanian Road Authority produced today images showing the intensive work day and night that is being done to finalize this important work as soon as possible.
“Lot 1 and 2 of the Big Ring Road; works continue 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Gallery 5 and Gallery 1 are near completion in the first lot”, the Authority said.
The Authority stated that they are working on construction of parallel roads and their asphalting in the second lot.
“The completion of this important work will not only facilitate traffic within Tirana, but will make the connection of the capital with all national exit roads,” emphasized ARA.
The Big Ring Road of the capital constitutes a segment of 27 kilometres long. Its completion by 2023 facilitates traffic within Tirana, while connecting the capital with all national exit roads. /a.a/p.s./
