TIRANA, June 28/ATA/ The Albania’s Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj stated on Monday that in May of this year, have been provided free services of primary legal aid for 270 cases, handled by the Authorized Non-Profit Organizations. While 50 of these cases have been handled through telephone lines.
In her remarks, Minister Gjonaj said that, “I encourage all citizens seeking legal advice, to address to Legal Aid Centers, Authorized Non-Profit Organizations, Law Clinics, to send their questions at any time to www.juristionline.al or call the toll free number 0800 1010.”
Legal aid is a free legal service which is guaranteed and financed by the state for all individuals, part of vulnerable categories and /or with insufficient income to hire a lawyer. //a.i/
