TIRANA, June 21/ATA/ The Financial Supervision Authority-FSA has published a new draft regulation on the procedures for the collection, storage and electronic reporting of claims data according to the provisions of the new law in the Electronic Claims Register of the Albanian Insurance Bureau.
The Financial Supervision Authority, in implementation of the law “On compulsory insurance in the transport sector” has drafted the regulation “On the electronic claims register of the Albanian Insurance Bureau”.
The draft regulation is published on the official website of the Authority, for public consultation.
This draft regulation aims to ensure the effective, fair and law-based operation of the electronic claims register of the Bureau.
According to this draft regulation, the insurance company and the Bureau must take all measures to adapt the respective claims reporting information systems, to operate in accordance with the provisions of this regulation. //a.i/
