TIRANA, June 18/ATA/ Clear to overcast skies is forecast throughout the territory mainly at the midday, Military Meteorological Service said.
Clouds will be followed by local rainfall along the mountainous areas at the midday.
The wind will blow in northwest direction at a velocity of 2-8 m/sec, while strengthening along the coastal areas at noon at a speed of 10-12 m/sec, with sea waves expected to be 3 meters high.
