TIRANA, May 25/ATA/ Completion and submission of the Individual Annual Income Declaration (DIVA) form can be performed only electronically, the Albanian and foreign citizens can fill in the form via the e-filing module at tatime.gov.al.
To register for DIVA you need to follow these steps:
Registration of Albanian citizens:
On the official website of the Tax Administration: tatime.gov.al, click on the menu e-Services:
Registration of foreign citizens (non-residents):
To register, any foreign individual (or authorized person) must appear at the taxpayer service offices, where he will be provided with a relevant identification number and password. //a.i/
