TIRANA, May 22/ATA/ The State Police has arrested 2 citizens and declared 2 others wanted after being accused of abuse of office by providing permits for illegal construction of several buildings.
In the press release, the police announced that “the section of the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime in the Local Police Directorate of Vlora, under the direction of the Prosecution Office of the Vlora Judicial District, after several weeks of intensive investigative work, based on the decisions of the Vlora Judicial District Court, which has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, detained the citizens; R.H., aged 35, resident in Himara, acting Chief Inspector at the Inspectorate of Territorial Defense of the Municipality of Himara; E. Z., aged 30, resident in Himara, acting inspector at the Inspectorate of Territorial Defense of the Municipality of Himara, while citizens declared wanted are; M. N., aged 36, resident in Saranda and Dh. B., aged 53, resident in Himara, both acting inspectors at the Inspectorate of Territorial Defense (ITD)of the Municipality of Himara.”
