TIRANA, May 21 /ATA/ – The Head of the EU Delegation to Albania, Ambassador Luigi Soreca said Friday that the European Union will continue promoting and further preserving the great cultural heritage European, including Albania, has to offer.
“As we open up our societies as part of post-COVID19 socio-economic recovery, we look forward to promoting and preserving further the great cultural heritage that Europe, including Albania, has to offer,” Ambassador Soreca said on the World Day of the Cultural Heritage.
EU Ambassador added “this is also the ambition of the EU4Culture programme in Albania.”
Soreca also shared a European Commission post, saying « Europe is unthinkable without its cultural richness. The EU is committed to preserving and promoting culture, and making it accessible to all, both in the EU and globally.”
