TIRANA, May 19 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ The Complaints and Sanctions Commission dropped on Wednesday the request of DP-SMI for the rerun of the elections in Berat.
In today’s meeting, the Complaints and Sanctions Commission, by a majority of votes, dismissed the complaints of DP-SMI and the independent candidate Kreshnik Merxhani, regarding the irregularities alleged by them during and after the voting in the region of Berat in April 25 elections.
The request of DP and SMI claiming the re-run of elections in Berat was dropped on Wednesday by CSC.
