TIRANA, May 7/ATA/- The first meeting of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry “On the investigation of serious constitutional violations by the President of the Republic of Albania” will take place tomorrow at 11:00, the Albanian Parliament announced on Friday.
According to the announcement, the meeting will take place in the premises of the Parliament attended by the members of the committee.
Albanian Parliament passed on Friday the draft decision on establishment of inquiry commission for dismissal of President of the Republic at the request of a group of MPs.
With 97 votes in favor and 6 against, the MPs approved the establishment of inquiry commission for the dismissal of President of the Republic.
49 lawmakers of majority filed a request to Parliament of Albania for dismissal of President of the Republic. //a.i/
