TIRANA, April 27 /ATA/ Bank of Albania in the light of accommodative monetary policy has enabled interest rates (yield) on T-bills to remain low even during the following quarters.
The Bank of Albania announces that in the 12-month treasury bill auction on April 20, yields dropped sharply to 1.63%, from 2.04% in the previous auction held at the end of March.
While the average yield in March dropped to 3.61%, from 3.65% at the end of 2020.
