TIRANA, April 27/ATA/ The Democratic Party filed a request to the Central Election Commission for the provision of technological data, as there are suspicions that there were numerous irregularities during the election process.
The Democratic Party refers in the request to Article 26 of the Electoral Code, which specifies that “Representatives of electoral subjects in the CEC have the right to submit requests and proposals to the CEC, to receive copies of CEC acts, etc., requests film footage from every Counting Center, local election commission, film footage and ballot papers in every local election commission, the data collected from the electronic identification devices in every polling station, as well as the data crossed between the electronic identification and the voter registration register ”.
The letter filed to the CEC bears the signature of Ivi Kaso, a DP lawyer. /j.p/r.e/p.s./
