Biggest projects in 100 years to be implemented in next four years in Durres

TIRANA, April 23 /ATA/ – Prime Minister Edi Rama told an election campaign meeting in Durres that a series of investment projects will transform the coastal city in the next few years.

“We will invest in Durres more than it has been invested in 100 years. I have promised you here in 2013 that we will do for Durres more than what has been done over all these years combined and we have delivered on our promise. However, a lot remain to be done and I wouldn’t be here today if no more development projects need to be made here,” Rama told the closing campaign rally in Durres.

The government head urged Durres citizens to back the ruling Socialist Party in the Sunday’s parliamentary elections, pledging that biggest investment projects in 100 years will be implemented during the period between 2021 and 2025.

“Vote for number 12, the 12 stars on the European flag for hard constant work in the next four years,” he said.
