TIRANA, April 22 /ATA/- “The biggest ally to the business in Albania is governmental e-Albania portal. The unique government portal has ensured that the business has no contact with state offices, protecting them from bribery.”
Director of the National Agency for Information Society Linda Karçanaj made the statement while explaining the cycle that a business conducts today, in e-Albania.
“In e-Albania, one starts a business, pays the obligations, receives certificates, performs executive actions, submits a balance, performs customs authorizations or applies for permits and licenses”.
Karçanaj also provided concrete figures of business benefits thanks to the use of e-Albania.
“131 092 businesses are registered in e-Albania, which receive daily services and that only for permits and licenses are registered 148,144 online applications, saving 178 years in a row”, said further Karçanaj.
As one of the biggest beneficiaries, currently the business can apply on the e-Albania platform for 725 public services, directly from the office via computer or smartphone, eliminating bureaucracies and unnecessary physical meetings with representatives of state institutions.
“E-Albania got rid of unnecessary officials who bothered the business for every necessary documents in state offices. Soon, taxpayers and inspectors will be part of the past “, concluded Karçanaj, who called on citizens to get acquainted with the real contribution that e-Albania has in relation to business, for hundreds of services that are provided online today, in real time, with electronic stamp and signature./p.s./
